Appreciated the room with a comfy bed, my bed was very comfy. There were coffee/tea making equipment and a TV provided. The staff were very very nice and helpful, no reason to complain.

The hotel had a central location to Castlehead hill. The room I got was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with attention given to all the right things-water, properly working shower, for example. The staff was amiable, pleasant.

Overall a fine stay for Lake District visit. Comfy bed in king room with armchairs and coffee. Easy to get to, magnificent location adjacent to restaurants even the cinema, local sightseeing, and beautiful mountains.

This perfect and fabulous hotel had central setting very close to the town centre. Furthermore, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Walla Crag.

The restaurant food is fantastic, and the breakfast offered is absolutely fantastic with traditional cooked fare and hot options, for instance.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and tasty with tea and cakes available. Location: the hotel was so close to the town center of Keswic which got a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants even the cinema and the theater, and Borrowdale valley.

Thanks very much for such a comfortable stay for Lake District visit. The location is amazing and incredible, it's close to centre of keswick, and stunning shorter hikes like Walla Crag. Also, Walla Crag is just a short walk away from the venue.

The room was a nice size and budget, I had armchairs and coffee. The breakfast offered a good choice of outstanding meals. I liked the magnificent and amazing location in the beautiful area.

Incredible central location, right by Derwentwater and the Fells as well as local attractions. Besides, excellent for visiting a local museum.

The breakfast with a superb amount and cake, as for instance is marvellous and fantastic for what is offered. The location is particularly good and incredible in a domestic area, very close to town centre and lake, sightseeing in the area, and derwentwater and theatre.
